About the Founder – Raajesh Shankar

Born and raised in Trichy, Raajesh is an entrepreneur, mentor, and Sales Director who embodies grit, learning, and leadership.

After starting as a Trade Apprentice (Machinist) at Ordnance Factory Trichy, he pursued and completed his 12th Std, B.E. (Mechanical), MBA, and M.Sc. Computer Science alongside full-time work.

Over a 15+ year corporate career, he led teams at Aegis, Allsec, Aditya Birla Minacs, and contributed at Vedantu, Matrimony.com, Commonfloor, Quikr, HDFC Bank, and Magicbricks—rising to Head – Inside Sales in Bangalore.

A key milestone: with Educomp Solutions Ltd (2011–2014), Raajesh was a pioneer of the Smart Class education movement in India, coaching teachers in 200+ schools to integrate technology into daily classrooms.

In 2023, he returned to Trichy to launch Master-Brains, aligning his expertise in sales, tech, and leadership to empower investors and entrepreneurs.

Raajesh also serves as Treasurer (2024–25) at the Rotary Club of Tiruchirapalli Phoenix, leading initiatives in education, health, and youth empowerment.
