Founder & CEO

Raajesh S

Raajesh founded Master-Brains after a career that took him from an early professional grind through corporate banking — including a stint at HDFC Bank Ltd — before he made the leap into building something of his own: a real estate sales and channel-partner practice built on the same discipline he learned in corporate life, paired with a genuine passion for mentoring others.

Alongside his professional path, Raajesh completed his M.Sc in Computer Science (Free and Open Source Software) through Anna University, Chennai — a reminder that his approach to business has always been as much about continuous learning as it is about execution.

Today, Master-Brains is a TN RERA–registered agency (TN/Agent/0297/2026) that has facilitated 236+ plot registrations worth over ₹29 Crore, and was recognised with the Tamilnadu Awards 2026 for sales strategy and business growth consulting. Raajesh is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Tiruchirapalli — formerly with the Phoenix chapter, where he served as Treasurer in 2024–25, and now with the Success chapter.

From corporate banking to building Master-Brains

Early Career

Building the fundamentals

Started out in the corporate world, learning the discipline, structure, and client-facing rigor that would later shape how Master-Brains operates.

2011 – 2015

M.Sc, Computer Science (FOSS) — Anna University, Chennai

Completed a Master's degree in Free and Open Source Software alongside his professional career — a sign of the continuous-learning mindset that still drives the business today.

From 2018

HDFC Bank Ltd

Joined HDFC Bank Ltd, deepening his experience in structured sales, targets, and client relationships — the corporate training ground for everything that came next.

Founding

Master-Brains is born

Took the leap from corporate banking to founding Master-Brains — partnering with Vignesh Kumar as Co-Founder & COO — to build a real estate sales and channel-partner practice, alongside a free 1:1 business mentoring practice for founders and sales leaders.

TN RERA Registration & Tamilnadu Awards 2026

Master-Brains became a TN RERA–registered agency (TN/Agent/0297/2026) and was recognised with the Tamilnadu Awards 2026 for Sales Strategy and Business Growth Consulting — with 236+ plot registrations and ₹29 Crore+ in facilitated transactions to date.

Today

831 units, 13 projects, and MB Connect

Master-Brains now represents 831 live inventory units across 13 projects in Trichy, and is building MB Connect — a platform aiming for 5,000 real estate connectors and 500 sales a year across the city.
